Dwyer Court, located on Dwyer and Main Street in Sydney Mines, is the perfect setting for those seeking affordable living close to the town centre. Our bright and spacious two-bedroom apartments feature a security building, coin operated laundry and plenty of storage space. The units are available on first, second and third floor (no elevators).

Residents of Dwyer Court enjoy affordable and quality housing in our community. Dwyer Court is made up of 20 two-bedroom apartments, several of which are specially fitted for residents in need of wheelchair access.  It offers residents a quiet complex close to the downtown core, and, best of all, the peace of mind that comes with affordable housing.

New Dawn Enterprises Limited, incorporated in 1976, is the oldest Community Development Corporation in Canada and is a Founding Member of the Canadian CED (Community Economic Development) Network. It is a private, volunteer directed, organization dedicated to community building. New Dawn seeks to identify community needs and to establish and operate ventures that speak to those needs.
