david-buildingIncorporated more than 50 years ago, David Realty has long been a fixture in the business community of Sydney. In 2001 the current family members who owned the company decided it was time to sell. In May 2001 they sold one of their two remaining buildings which left them with their original building at 106 Townsend Street. Despite very strong emotional ties to the building, the remaining shareholders, all members of the David family sold their shares to Pine tree Park Estates Ltd., which is owned by New Dawn Enterprises Ltd.

Pine Tree Park continues to operate David Realties. The building at 106 Townsend Street has been fully renovated and is currently being operated by New Dawn College.
