Heat Pumps installed at three New Dawn properties

Tenants of New Dawn rental properties will be saving on their power bills, thanks to heat pumps installed through Efficiency Nova Scotia.

Affordable Multi-Family Housing project

Through the Affordable Multi-Family Housing (AMFH) project, New Dawn installed a total of 46 heat pumps at three of our properties: 173 George Street in Sydney, 38 Dwyer Street in Sydney Mines, and 541 Main Street in Sydney Mines.

Heat pumps can reduce energy needs so our tenants can stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer — and save on their power bills.
